Mucins are a highly glycosylated protein family that are secreted by animals for adhesion, hydration, lubrication, and other functions. Despite their ubiquity, animal mucins are largely uncharacterized. Snails produce mucin proteins in their mucous for a wide array of biological functions, including microbial protection, adhesion and lubrication. Recently, snail mucins have also become a lucrative source of innovation with wide ranging applications across chemistry, biology, biotechnology, and biomedicine. Specifically, snail mucuses have been applied as skin care products, wound healing agents, surgical glues, and to combat gastric ulcers.


Description:

Delousil Snail Day Cream is an ideal product that helps facial and neck skin rejuvenation and the overall improvement of its appearance. It contains the ingredient Snail Secretion Filtrate which is rich in proteins, allantoin, collagen, elastin and vitamins A, C and E, and is known for its regenerative action. Hydritense and Unimoist U-125 G are ingredients that help maintain and enhance the natural moisture of the skin, with hydration and increased elasticity as a result. The innovative ingredient Reverskin®, with its ability to act at all skin layers, offers improvement on fine wrinkles and at the same time, helps the skin become more elastic, tight and glowing. Bisabolol and Allantoin contained in its formula with its soothing, tranquilizing and healing properties, help to stimulate and improve the texture of the skin and contribute to maintaining its overall health. Available in package of 50ml.
